In its bid to serve its customers better,ZNBS introduced the Property Center. this is a one-stop-"shop" where clients can have all their property issues handled. the property center is conveniently located at our Society House Building where almost all our clients can easily reach us. it is well equipped with qualified property staff to address various queries that our clients might have

Property services including property management, maintenance and estate agency are provided at this center. Related services such as property valuation, conveyancing , property development and investment consultancy as well as financing are also arranged through the center. this way, our clients are spared the trouble of having to run around to secure these services but can instead access all of them under one roof.
